Diabetics especially need foods high in antioxidants for repair of damaged tissues. The rates of wear and tear which lead to organ failures in diabetics are higher than in other people. So, ensuring that you get enough antioxidants in your daily diet plays a vital role in controlling your diabetes disorder.

Oat bran cereal. Avoid those sugar coated cereals that are geared towards captivating kids’ tastes.
